The Teaching Management Section of Clinical Medical College of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established in July 1998, with 1 section chief, 1 deputy section chief and 1 secretary。Be responsible for the management of teaching work of clinical medical College under the leadership of Party committee and administration,The main functions are: issuing the teaching schedule and urging the teaching and research office to verify the teachers,Urge all teaching and research departments to require teachers to strictly follow the teaching plan and curriculum schedule;Handling procedures of substitute teaching, class suspension and class transfer;Teaching workload report and review;Teaching resource scheduling;To organize the completion of the final examination and graduation comprehensive examination propositions;Urge the teaching and research departments to regularly carry out teaching activities such as research on teaching methods, collective lesson preparation, and trial lectures by young teachers。There are 5 staff members, 1 section chief, 1 assistant Section chief and 3 officers。Complete the work under the auspices of the Director of the Teaching Management Section。

Job responsibilities

1. Organize and complete the classroom teaching tasks of various majors and levels assigned by the college and do a good job in related educational affairs。              

2. Issue the teaching schedule and urge each teaching and research office to verify the teachers, and urge each teaching and research office to require the teachers to strictly follow the teaching plan and class schedule。

3. Do a good job of teacher substitute, class suspension, class adjustment, teaching workload reporting and review, teaching resource scheduling and other work。

4. Assist teachers in dealing with teaching errors, teaching accidents and other accidents in their daily teaching work。

5, organize the completion of the final examination, graduation comprehensive examination paper proposition work, urge the teaching and research office to strengthen the construction of the question bank, ensure the quality of the questions, and do a good job of confidentiality。

6, according to the requirements of the organization of final examination, graduation comprehensive examination and make-up examination, delayed (heavy) examination and other levels of various examinations。              

7. Timely report students' scores as required, and do a good job in statistics。

8, according to the relevant requirements of the teacher trial system to organize the new course (new course) teachers trial lecture。

9, do a good job in teaching quality assessment, regularly collect students' opinions and suggestions on teaching, and timely feedback the information to the relevant teaching and research office。              

10. According to the relevant requirements of the college, organize the revision of teaching documents such as teaching Dagang and teaching quality control standards, and organize the declaration of key majors, characteristic majors, key courses and excellent courses。

11. Urge the teaching and research departments to improve the listening system and teaching method research system。

12. Responsible for guiding, checking and evaluating the teaching work of each teaching and research office。

13. Provide services for the teaching supervision group of clinical medical School to carry out work, and assist in various tasks。

14, carry out teacher ethics and learning style education, standardize academic behavior, and put an end to academic fraud and other disciplinary incidents。

Service procedure

1. Transfer, substitute or suspend classes

Teachers need to transfer, substitute or suspend classes for some reason,The application is usually made by the teacher himself one week in advance,Fill in the Application Form for Transfer or Suspension of Classes,Explain the reason,Attach relevant supporting materials,Put forward suggestions on the adjusted arrangement,The director of the teaching and research section and the leaders of the secondary college (department) put forward their opinions,After approval by the Teaching Management Section, it shall be reported to the Academic Affairs Office and kept on file。

2, new (new) class teacher trial lecture

The teacher who applies for the trial lecture should fill in the Application Form for the Trial Lecture of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and submit it to the Teaching Management Section after being signed by the full-time deputy director of the Teaching and Research Section. After the examination and approval, the teacher should attend the trial lecture according to the unified arrangement。Teaching plans and lecture notes should be submitted during the trial lecture. The content of the trial lecture shall be representative chapters designated by the teaching and research office, and the content shall not be less than two lessons。Report the passing of the trial lecture to the personnel office and inform the relevant teaching and research office。

3. Grade correction

The person in charge shall fill in the "Score Correction Form" and attach two copies of the correct score of the student's class, which shall be signed by the first and second person in charge of the secondary college and reported to the Academic Affairs Office of the college, and submit the copy to the Teaching Management Department for file。
